Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp blackberry jam or jelly
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper






Instructions:

1.Combine ingredients in a mason jar or small bowl.

2.Mix thoroughly.

3.Refrigerate and use within 3 days.

4.Enjoy!
