Healthy Meal Prep | Menu 5

Ingredients:

2 tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
6-8 chicken drums & thighs
6 red skin potatoes, chopped
6 carrots, chopped





Ingredients:

1.Combine dried herbs and spices in a bowl and stir well.

2.Preheat oven to 400°F. Arranges chicken, potatoes, and carrots on a large baking sheet.

3.Drizzle with olive oil and season with 2 to 3 tbsp of ranch seasoning.

4.Store the remaining seasoning for later use. Bake until chicken reaches at least 165°F.

5.Broil for the last 2 minutes of cooking to get a nice crispy skin.

6.Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
