Breakfast Hash 3 Delicious Ways

Ingredients:

3-4 slices bacon, diced
2 russet potatoes, peeled and diced
¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper







Instructions:

1.Parboil your potato for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large frying pan, cook bacon until it’s crispy.

3.Using a slotted spoon, remove bacon from the pan and set it aside.

4.In the same pan, cook potatoes, stirring frequently, until they become golden; 8-10 minutes.

5.Add bacon back into the pan and stir in green onion.

6.Season generously with salt and pepper.

7.Finish with shredded cheddar and top with a fried egg.

8.Enjoy!
