5 Surprise Ingredient Smoothies | Better Breakfasts:


Creamy Berry Smoothie:

1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup tofu

Starting with the vanilla almond milk, add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed.

Sweet Orange Smoothie:

1 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 cup pineapple
1” fresh turmeric (or 1/2tsp ground)

Starting with the orange juice, add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add more orange juice if needed.

Purple Punch Smoothie:

1 cups aloe water
1 banana
½ cup blueberries
½ cup cherries

Starting with the cactus water, add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add more cactus water if needed.

Mean Green Smoothie:

1 cup coconut water
1 banana
1 green apple
1 cup baby spinach
1 tbsp spirulina

Starting with the almond milk, add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie:

1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp PB2 powder OR peanut butter
1/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

Starting with the almond milk, add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed.
