Butter
2 steaks, cut into bit-sized pieces
1 lb. potatoes, peeled and chopped
½ yellow onion, diced
4 eggs
Salt
Directions:
1.Heat butter and oil in a frying pan with a lid. Add seasoned steak and cook till browned.
2.Add potatoes and cook on medium for about 5 minutes or until potatoes are golden on the bottom.
3.Stir in onion. Cook till potatoes are tender.
4.Add remaining steak. If making it with fried eggs, crack four eggs into potato mixture. Cover and cook for until eggs and steak are cooked through.
5.If using scrambled eggs, prepare eggs while steak cooks. Place eggs over potatoes.
