3 farm fresh eggs
1/3 C. tap water
1 C. red pepper sauce
2 C. self-rise flour
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 lb. chicken on the bone
Cooking oil
Directions:
1.Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add water and pepper sauce, enough so that the mixture turns orange.
2.In a separate bowl, combine flour and ground pepper. Dip pieces of chicken in egg mixture, then coat in flour mixture.
3.Heat oil to 350 F. in a large pot. Fry chicken until crisp and golden. Allow no more than 15 minutes. Serve warm.
