Fried Eggs With Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
1 tbs olive oil
2 idaho potatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped





Directions:

1.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the potatoes and onion until the onions are translucent and the potatoes are soft.

2.Add eggs, sprinkling them with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set and yolks are soft. Serve.
