2 lbs. collard greens
4 medium garlic cloves, chopped
1 C. Italian dressing
1/4 lb. pork
2 cans beef broth
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbs. sugar
Directions:
1.Clean and trim collard greens. Saute garlic in large pot over medium heat and then add greens. Cook until tender and then transfer all ingredients in crockpot. Set it on low for 6 to 7 hours or until pork looks ready.
