Vanilla Pound Cake

INGREDIENTS:

4 ounces Butter, softened
3 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS:

1.Place the butter and sugar in a mixer. Cream until smooth.

2.Add the eggs - one at a time with the mixer running.

3.In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
Blend well into the mixture.

4.Add the sour cream and vanilla
and mix until blended.

5.Pre-heat the oven to 325. Grease and
flour a bread pan. Pour in the batter. Bake for 55-60 minutes.

6.Allow cooling before serving.
