Texas Roadhouse Prime Rib

Ingredients:

1 prime rib loin
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1/3 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 C. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 C. water
rosemary sprigs, for garnish





Directions:

1.Mix the liquid smoke, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar in a small bowl. Mix until the sugar is incorporated. Put the prime rib in a baking pan and rub the seasoning all over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Add 2 cups of water to the pan and put it on the bottom rack of the oven. Remove the plastic and cook 30 minutes to sear the outside. Turn down the temperature to 250 degrees and bake until the meat thermometer reads 150 degrees. Slice and serve with rosemary on top.
