Roasted Rosemary Lemon Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

6-10 chicken thighs
1/3 C. olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon  Coupons
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 T. rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste





Directions:

1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss until evenly coated. Pour contents into a roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes to an hour until chicken is tender and cooked through.
