Garlic-Rosemary Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

1/3 C Olive Oil, plus more as needed
10 Garlic Cloves, sliced
3 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leaves
Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3-4 lb Chicken Legs
2 lb Small Red Potatoes, peeled & quartered

Directions:

1.Begin this recipe for garlic-rosemary chicken legs by preheating your oven to 450 degrees. Next, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, about two teaspoons of salt, and one teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper in a medium bowl.

2.Season your chicken legs with salt and pepper to your taste. Continue by setting a large roasting pan on your stovetop over two burners on medium-high heat. Pour about three to four tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. Once hot, add your chicken legs with the skin side down followed by your potatoes. Let the pan cook for about 10 minutes or until your chicken legs are golden brown.

3.Flip your chicken legs and then pour your prepared garlic-rosemary mixture over the top. Be sure that the chicken is fully coated in the mixture before setting in your oven to bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until your chicken is cooked through. Feel free to add other vegetables to this recipe to your taste!
