PINTO BEANS

INGREDIENTS:

10 lb bean
31/2 gal water
3 lb meat bacon
3 gal water
4 oz salt
1 lb onions.
2 tsp black pepper






DIRECTIONS:

1.Soak beans in 3 1/2  gallon water overnight

2.Saute meat, brown saute onions in meat until clear

3.Add sauteed bean add 4 oz salt & water

Note: Be sure to pour out water from previous night
