1 box Fettuccine Pasta
3 cups Milk
1 cup Chicken Broth
2 Carrots Sliced
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 cup Frozen Peas
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Kosher Salt, to taste
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.In a large pot, over medium heat, toss in the pasta, milk, broth, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, bell pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
2.Then add the peas, salt, and pepper.
