5 lb. baby back ribs
1/4 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. whiskey
1/4 C. honey
2 T. finely grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
1 tsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions:
1.Place ribs in a large baking dish. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, whiskey, honey, ginger, pepper, oil, and cinnamon.
2.Pour the marinade over the ribs and re-arrange to coat. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least four hours.
3.Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the ribs on top. Roast for 2 hours, then removes from oven.
4.Preheat the grill, and grill the ribs over medium heat on each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until lightly charred.
