2 Onions; Cut To Rings
1 cup All Purpose Flour
½ cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Eggs
Salt
Oil, for frying
Directions:
1.Prepare a pot for deep frying.
2.In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and cayenne pepper.
3.Beat the eggs in a separate bowl then add it to the flour mixture to create the batter.
4.Once the batter is made, dip the onion rings into the batter and carefully lower it into the hot oil.
5.Fry the rings in batches for about 4 minutes each until they turn golden brown and crispy.
6.When they are done, remove and place them on a paper towel.
Repeat for all the onion rings.
Once they are done, serve hot and enjoy!
