⅔ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Chicken Broth
¼ cup Honey
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Ground Ginger
¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
¼ cup Water
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb Flank Steak, sliced
3½ cup Broccoli Florets
3 cups Cooked White Rice
Directions:
1.Combine soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, red pepper flakes and water in a large bowl. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
2.In a large skillet, warm olive oil over medium-high heat. Place steak in skillet and cook for 4 minutes or until well browned. Add broccoli and soy mixture. Stir and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
3.Place beef broccoli over rice and serve warm.
