Ingredients:
• 10 mini slider buns
• 1 lb. chicken cutlets 4 eggs
• 2 cups breadcrumbs
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1⁄2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
• oil for frying
Directions:
1.Heat a large pot of oil to about 370 degrees F. Crack eggs into a small mixing bowl and whisk. Place flour and breadcrumbs into separate small mixing bowls. Slice chicken cutlets into 3-4 inch chunks (ideal size to fit on the slider buns). Dip chicken cutlet chunks into the flour followed by the egg wash then the breadcrumbs. Repeat with remaining chicken and ensure they are all thoroughly coated. Carefully drop coated chicken into the oil and cook for 6-8 minutes (or until golden brown). Once finished, carefully remove and place on a baking rack to cool.
2.0Then, preheat oven to 350°F. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a greased casserole dish. Place cooked chicken cutlets on the bottom buns and then cover them in the sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Place the top buns on the sliders. Melt the butter and mix the garlic powder until it is thoroughly combined. Pour the melted butter over the buns and then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
3.Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
