Ingredients:
• 1 loaf cinnamon swirl bread
• 4 breakfast sausage patties
• 8 slices of bacon
• 1 potato, shredded
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 eggs
• 4 slices American cheese
• salt and pepper
In a non-stick skillet, prepare sausage patties until cooked. In the same skillet, add bacon and cook until desired crispiness. When both types of meat are cooked, place on baking sheet and cover with foil to keep warm.
Directions:
1.Shred potato over a bowl of cold water and rinse until the water runs clear. Squeeze potatoes of excess water and pat dry with paper towels. Proceed to heat the olive oil and butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes to the skillet and cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
2.Flip the potatoes over and cook on the other side until deep golden brown. When the potatoes are cooked through place them on a baking sheet and cover with foil to keep warm.
