El Pollo Loco Chicken

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp white vinegar
4 gloves garlic minced
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp chili sauce
12 oz pineapple
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp cumin
8-16 drops yellow food coloring (optional)





Ingredients:

1.In a bowl mix, all ingredients together and place in a plastic zipper-style bag add chicken and let marinade for 4-16 hours.

Place on a hot grill and cook on indirect heat and cook till an internal temp 165 degrees.
Serve with rice beans and warmed
flour tortillas.
