Fried Apples

Fried Apples

Ingredients:

2 apples
1/4 cup white or brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon water


Directions:

Wash and core apples. Cut lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices or in round slices. Heat butter in frying pan and add apples. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover and cook slowly for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn once.
